Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
• Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. We will repair, replace or refund (wholly/partially) items that arrive damaged or arrive faulty. Proof of purchase is required. Please note, warranty is void if the product shows signs of wear and tear, has been incorrectly cleaned/used or cared for.
• To make a claim under the 12 month warranty, you must notify us in writing, provide a proof of purchase and sufficient photographic evidence of fault to enable us to identify the issue. We may request that you return the products to us for an in-house assessment or request further information.

Returns Policy
• We accept returns on unused and undamaged products within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refund Policy
• Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Exceptions
• We do not accept returns or refunds on products that have been used, shows signs of wear and tear, have been incorrectly cleaned/used or cared for.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
